About Me

I am a new empty nester, and I love to make cards and ATCs. I am always looking for ways to use the product I have, to learn new techniques and ways to do things, and most of all, to have fun with the creating of my art.

Blog Candy!!

OK, I have hit 100 posts since I started blogging.... so, it's time for some blog candy!!  All you have to do is say what you are most thankful for this Christmas / holiday season, and your favourite Christmas family tradition.  I will randomly choose someone on the 19th of December.   Unfortunately, I can only send to Canada and the USA.  And it's a surprise, so no pictures of the candy.
Merry Christmas!!

  1. Congrats on your 100th post! I'm very thankful to use the holidays to visit with family, and a tradition we do every year is staying up late Christmas eve watching scrooge while eating various cheeses with crackers and ham (or salomi) and a bowl of rasperry sherbert. and on Christmas Day, Dad makes wonderful Croisaints for breakfast before we unwrap.

    Merry Christmas Karen!

  2. I am most thankful for my husband, daughter and my health. My favourite Christmas Family tradition was the ability for me to always be able to spend Christmas with my sister and her family and with my Mother. This year however, seeing as we have moved across the ocean, I will look forward to a new type of Christmas, with my husbands wonderful Mom and Dad.
Thank you so much for the giveaway and congrats on reaching 100 posts! I know what it is like to be a new blogger, which you are not anymore!

  6. Congratulations on your 100 posts! I am most
grateful for my health, my husband, daughter
and good friends. My favorite tradition was from
my childhood when my dad would play a Christmas
concert and we would either attend or listen to
    it on the radio.

  7. Congrats! I am thankful for our health and jobs. Our tradition is my husband takes me out for a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Christmas Eve! Then on Christmas Day we either go to my sister's house or her and her family come to our house.

  8. First congrats on your lovely posts and your tags are terrific!

I am thankful for good health and good friends! My tradition is to bring Christmas cheer to those who may need a little extra. This year I am helping others at the office do a little decorating for the season. And I am making extra cookies for the homeless--just finished 15 dozen today.

  11. Congratulations on your 100th post! May you have many, many more to come!

This Christmas I am most thanksful for my wonderful family...our health, our love for one another, our blessings. So many blessings!

Our favorite Christmas tradition is to go to Christmas Eve Mass, then come home and hang stockings, put out snacks for Santa and his reindeer, and read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas in front of the Christmas tree before putting the kids to bed. Such excitement!
